Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place each meatball onto the prepared baking sheet with enough space between them.
  5. Repeat the process until all mixture has been rolled into meatballs.
Cooking
  1. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Once the meatballs are done, remove from the oven, drizzle with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Consider additional flavor variations by using different herbs or light sautéing garlic to enhance sweetness. You can substitute cheeses or make the meatballs smaller for appetizers.
