Preparation

- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water. Slice each potato lengthwise into wedges.
Flavor Mixing

Coating the Wedges
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Baking
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated wedges in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through until they are golden brown.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, remove the wedges and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, then return to the oven.
