Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice each pear in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  4. Place the pear halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the pears and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries.
  7. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  9. Cool for a few minutes and garnish with thyme or rosemary if desired.

Notes

Choose pears that are ripe but still firm. For added texture, sprinkle toasted nuts on top before baking. You can also substitute feta with goat cheese for a tangier flavor.
