For the Pears
  • 4 pieces ripe pears Choose pears that feel slightly soft to the touch.
  • 1/4 cup honey Use golden, thick honey for the best results.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese Brings a creamy and tangy flavor.
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries Provides a burst of tartness.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Adds a warm aroma and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Optional, adds crunch and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the ripe pears in half and scoop out the cores.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta, dried cranberries, walnuts (if using), and cinnamon.
  4. Stuff each pear half generously with the filling, allowing it to mound slightly.
  5. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Once baked, drizzle more honey if desired and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
