Preparation

- In a blender, add cottage cheese, honey, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and the remaining sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Baking
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set and lightly golden.
- Once baked, cool the cheesecake at room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hours.
- Gently toss fresh berries with the remaining honey for topping.
- Spoon the berry mixture over the chilled cheesecake and serve.
