- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, bubblegum syrup, and bubblegum extract. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the shake. If not sweet enough, add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and blend again.
- For a thicker shake, add a handful of ice cubes and blend.
- Pour the shake into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.
- Insert the bubblegum lollipop into the shake for decoration.
- Serve immediately and enjoy while cold and creamy.
Notes
Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before pouring for a frosty experience. Experiment with fresh fruits for variations or make it vegan by using non-dairy ice cream and milk.
