Method

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing well until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Optional: Mix in the chopped pickles for added flavor.
Assembly
  1. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture near the center.
  2. Carefully fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Cooking
  1. In a deep skillet or pot, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully drop in a few egg rolls at a time, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain the egg rolls on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serving
  1. Serve the Cheeseburger Egg Rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.

Notes

Don't overfill the egg rolls. Ensure to seal the edges well and monitor the oil temperature while frying.
