  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Tender pieces bursting with flavor
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Ooey-gooey goodness that melts perfectly
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Smooth, creamy, and rich
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Tangy and zesty for added flavor
  • 1/4 cup green onions Fresh, crisp, and vibrant
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder Adds a warm, aromatic spice
  • to taste salt and pepper For essential seasoning
For the croissants
  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
  3. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Take a generous scoop of the chicken mixture and place it on the wider end of each croissant triangle. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  5. Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

Top with everything bagel seasoning before baking for added flavor. Brush with melted butter or olive oil for a golden finish. You can add chopped bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition.
