Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- Take a generous scoop of the chicken mixture and place it on the wider end of each croissant triangle. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
- Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
Top with everything bagel seasoning before baking for added flavor. Brush with melted butter or olive oil for a golden finish. You can add chopped bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition.
