- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the sweet corn, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until well-combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sprinkling paprika or cayenne pepper on top before baking. You can also mix in diced bell peppers or jalapeños for a twist.
