  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the sweet corn, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until well-combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

For added flavor, consider sprinkling paprika or cayenne pepper on top before baking. You can also mix in diced bell peppers or jalapeños for a twist.
