For the chicken filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced You can use shredded or diced chicken as well.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Minced garlic enhances the flavor of the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the garlic and chicken.

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir to heat through.
  4. Once warmed, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Spread a spoonful of sour cream on each tortilla and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Assembly
  1. Add the garlic chicken to the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
  3. Toast the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Slice each wrap in half and serve hot.

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for extra heat or vegetables like sautéed bell peppers for added nutrition. For the crispiest wraps, avoid overcrowding the skillet while toasting.
