  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  5. Allow the casserole to bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding mixed frozen vegetables or diced bell peppers for extra nutrients and color. This dish can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and can be frozen for longer storage. For a healthier option, use brown rice and lean ground turkey.
