- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly, sealing the edges to prevent filling from escaping.
Baking
- Place the roll seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
