Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced hot dogs, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour your mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Carefully arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Once golden, remove the casserole and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serving
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
