Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced hot dogs, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Pour your mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Carefully arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  2. Once golden, remove the casserole and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
