Method

Preparation
  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, add ground beef over medium heat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it sizzles.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Pour in beef broth and let simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat then stir in milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Gradually mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, then pour the melted cheese sauce over it. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  9. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  10. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with additional cheese.

Notes

Consider adding hot sauce for a spicier kick. Swap cheeses or add veggies for variety. Leftover meats can substitute the ground beef.
