Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and stir well. Remove from heat.
  4. Fold in diced tomatoes, then add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until combined.
  5. Gently unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Spoon a generous portion of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough over the filling.
  7. Pinch the edges to seal the sticks.
  8. Place taco sticks on the prepared baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let the sticks cool slightly before serving. Garnish with cilantro and serve with salsa.

Notes

For lighter options, use ground turkey or chicken. Can freeze before baking. Avoid overstuffing the dough.
