Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbly and golden.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly.
  5. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, cubed chicken, steamed broccoli, and the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let the dish cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use freshly grated cheeses. Don’t overcook the broccoli; steam until just tender. You can customize by adding other vegetables or swapping chicken for shrimp.
