Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cooked rice or pasta if desired, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra creamy texture, add more cream cheese or a splash of milk. To spice it up, consider adding diced jalapeños or using pepper jack cheese instead of mozzarella. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
