Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all components are well-combined into a creamy mixture.
- Pour the chicken mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Scatter the biscuit pieces generously over the chicken mixture.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
