Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all components are well-combined into a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Scatter the biscuit pieces generously over the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melty.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
