For the parfait layers
  • 1.5 cups chocolate pudding Choose between store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup mixed berries A lovely assortment of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • 1 cup granola Offering a satisfying crunch.
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips Optional for extra chocolate flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. In serving glasses, start adding a spoonful of chocolate pudding at the bottom.
  3. Layer with whipped cream followed by a sprinkle of mixed berries.
  4. Continue layering the ingredients until the glasses are filled, aiming for three or four layers.
  5. Top each parfait with granola and optional chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow layers to meld.

Notes

Use fresh berries for the best flavor. You can customize the layers and make the parfait in advance but avoid adding granola until serving.
