Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  4. Press the cookie dough into the prepared pizza pan, forming a pizza shape with even edges.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool completely.
Topping
  1. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cooled cookie base.
  2. Crumble the chocolate chip cookie dough over the whipped cream and sprinkle additional chocolate chips and optional sprinkles.
