- Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melting the Chocolate
- Place the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each until completely smooth and melted.
Assembling the Bark
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangular shape, about a quarter-inch thick.
- Generously sprinkle the roughly chopped pistachios and dried cranberries over the melted chocolate, pressing them in gently.
- Lightly sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
Setting the Bark
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
Serving
- Remove the bark from the refrigerator and break it into irregular pieces. Serve with family and friends or gift it as a present.
