Preparation
  1. Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melting the Chocolate
  1. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each until completely smooth and melted.
Assembling the Bark
  1. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangular shape, about a quarter-inch thick.
  2. Generously sprinkle the roughly chopped pistachios and dried cranberries over the melted chocolate, pressing them in gently.
  3. Lightly sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
Setting the Bark
  1. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
Serving
  1. Remove the bark from the refrigerator and break it into irregular pieces. Serve with family and friends or gift it as a present.
