Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream along with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture, beating well until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in a few drops of blue gel food coloring until you achieve the desired color.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Add the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, folding them in carefully.
  7. Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, mini chocolate chip cookies, and whipped cream.

Notes

Tips: Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for smooth texture. For lighter fluff, substitute half of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Experiment with different cookie varieties.
