- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream along with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture, beating well until fully incorporated.
- Stir in a few drops of blue gel food coloring until you achieve the desired color.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, folding them in carefully.
- Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, garnish with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, mini chocolate chip cookies, and whipped cream.
Notes
Tips: Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for smooth texture. For lighter fluff, substitute half of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Experiment with different cookie varieties.
