- In a blender, combine the ice, milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, crushed Oreo cookies, and espresso (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour a little chocolate syrup into a tall glass, coating the inside for a drizzled effect.
- Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top with a swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreo cookies.

Notes
