Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups heavy cream Use cold for better whipping.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring Captures the sweet essence of cotton candy.
Colors
  • as needed pink and blue food coloring Used for achieving the cotton candy swirls.

Method
 

Mixing Base
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.
Flavoring
  1. Add the cotton candy flavoring into the mixture and stir well to combine.
Dividing Colors
  1. Divide the mixture into two separate bowls.
Adding Color
  1. To one bowl, add a few drops of pink food coloring, and to the other bowl, add blue.
  2. Stir each bowl until the colors are fully blended and vibrant.
Swirl It Up
  1. In a freezer-safe container, spoon alternating layers of the pink and blue ice cream mixture.
Freezing
  1. Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, scoop and serve the Cotton Candy Ice Cream in bowls or cones.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Consider adding mini marshmallows or colorful sprinkles for added texture.
