Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough burgers.
- Gently form the mixture into four equal patties.
Cooking
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the cooking surface and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- During the last minute, add a slice of American cheese on top of each patty so it can melt beautifully.
Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well combined.
Assembly
- Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
- Layer on the fresh lettuce, followed by the cheesy burger patty.
- Top with tomato slices and pickles before capping it with the other half of the bun.
Serving
- Your delicious Crack Burgers are ready! Serve them hot with your favorite side dishes, like crispy fries or a fresh salad.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeƱos or a splash of hot sauce to the beef mixture. Grilling the patties can enhance their flavor even more, infusing them with that loved charred taste.
