Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough burgers.
  2. Gently form the mixture into four equal patties.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the patties on the cooking surface and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  3. Flip the patties and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. During the last minute, add a slice of American cheese on top of each patty so it can melt beautifully.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well combined.
Assembly
  1. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
  2. Layer on the fresh lettuce, followed by the cheesy burger patty.
  3. Top with tomato slices and pickles before capping it with the other half of the bun.
