- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, green onions (if using), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball with your hands.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans until coated.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
Chill for up to 24 hours for firmer texture and enhanced flavor. Use room temperature cream cheese for easy mixing.
