Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, and green onions, mixing in the garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into a ball or log.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans to coat.
Serving
  1. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter with an array of crackers or vegetable sticks.

For best results, use fully softened cream cheese and allow adequate chilling time to achieve the perfect texture. Prepare a day in advance for deeper flavors.
