- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, and green onions, mixing in the garlic powder and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into a ball or log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans to coat.
Serving
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter with an array of crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
