- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, dried cranberries, onion, celery, thyme, sage, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
Mixing and Shaping
- Gently mix the ingredients together until evenly combined.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and shape them into balls, roughly 1.5 inches in diameter.
Baking
- Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over each ball.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
