Preparation

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  5. Add sliced green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper, mixing until combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
