Chicken and Coating
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Tender and protein-rich.
  • 1 cup flour For a light, crunchy coating.

  • 2 large eggs Binding for breadcrumbs and flour.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Provides texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a nutty flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For searing the chicken.
Creamy Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Aromatic and pungent.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a luscious sauce.
  • 1 cup chicken broth For balance.
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese Melts beautifully.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. Set up a dredging station: coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, cook minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Cover and let cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare all ingredients in advance to avoid overcooked chicken. Ensure your pan is adequately heated for perfect crust.
