Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
- In a medium-sized bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once baked, transfer the salmon bites to a large bowl, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over them, and toss gently to coat.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead by marinating the salmon for an hour for deeper flavors. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Use fresh salmon for optimal taste.
