For the Bang Bang sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper.
  4. Place the salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Once baked, transfer the salmon bites to a large bowl, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over them, and toss gently to coat.
