Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the thinly sliced beef sirloin in cornstarch until fully coated, shaking off any excess.
Cooking the Beef
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and fry the coated beef in batches for about 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Remove the fried beef and drain on paper towels.
Cooking the Vegetables

Sauce Preparation
