Preparation

  3. Scoop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart, and flatten each slightly.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chips in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  3. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving if desired.

Notes

Ensure proper spacing on the baking sheet to avoid sogginess. You can use an air fryer at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes for crispiness.
