Preparation
  1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb mix with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Breading the Lobster
  1. Dip each lobster piece in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Test with a breadcrumb piece for readiness.
  2. Fry the lobster bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Making Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat, then sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
