- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the stick of butter on top.
- Scatter pepperoncini peppers and a bit of their juice on top.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, mixing with the gravy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
