Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Stir until well-combined and resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into a greased 9x9-inch square pan to create a solid crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until completely incorporated.
  5. Pour the peanut butter-chocolate mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill for about an hour until firm.
  7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
