Assembly
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they absorb just enough without becoming soggy.
- Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in your serving dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Chilling
- Cover your dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding espresso powder to the mascarpone mixture. Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra cocoa powder.
