Ingredients
  

For the coffee mixture
  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche Consider using homemade for enhanced flavor.
For the mascarpone mixture
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Cream cheese can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust the amount to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For assembly
  • 1 package ladyfingers Sponge cake can be used as a substitute.
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

Preparation of Coffee Mixture
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooled strong coffee with half a cup of dulce de leche. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
Preparation of Mascarpone Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, whip together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assembly
  1. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they absorb just enough without becoming soggy.
  2. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in your serving dish.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Chilling
  1. Cover your dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  2. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding espresso powder to the mascarpone mixture. Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra cocoa powder.
