  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce Choose your favorite brand.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese For that essential gooey factor.

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a nutty flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances the flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned marinara sauce at the bottom of your crockpot.
  3. Lay down half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  4. Spoon half of the ricotta cheese dollops over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle one-third of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
  6. Add another layer of marinara sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, ricotta, marinara sauce, finishing with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the entire dish.
Cooking
  1. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  2. Once cooked, let your Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna cool for a few moments before serving.
  3. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions, garlic, or bell peppers to the marinara. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat with a splash of marinara to keep moist.
