Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Carefully add a few drops of gel food coloring to the shaker and shake again to mix the hues.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over low heat until just warm.
- Toss in a handful of Fruit Loops and let them steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain out the cereal, and foam the cereal milk until it's light and airy.
Serving
- Pour the vibrant cocktail into a glass.
- Spoon the cereal milk foam generously on top.
- Sprinkle some extra Fruit Loops on top for garnish.
Notes
