Cooking
- Cook the lobster for about 5 minutes, basting frequently with the garlic butter.
- Add the scallops to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood mix and toss to combine.
- Transfer the lobster and scallops to a baking dish, pouring any remaining garlic butter over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the lobster is opaque.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
