Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s frothy.
  3. Add the minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the lobster tails, seasoning generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Cook the lobster for about 5 minutes, basting frequently with the garlic butter.
  2. Add the scallops to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood mix and toss to combine.
  4. Transfer the lobster and scallops to a baking dish, pouring any remaining garlic butter over the top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the lobster is opaque.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor and texture, use fresh seafood. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness. Baste frequently with garlic butter.
