Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it becomes a glossy pool of richness.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent it from burning.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  4. In a separate medium bowl, combine cooked white rice, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spoon a generous layer of cilantro lime rice onto a serving plate. Top with a portion of the garlic butter shrimp.
  6. Garnish the dish with slices of avocado and lime wedges.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp; aim for a slightly opaque color. Use fresh lime juice for better flavor. Experiment with flavors by adding chili flakes if desired.
