Preparation
- Season the steak cubes with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak bites and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and toss in the shrimp. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside with the steak.
Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, scraping up any brown bits. Add butter and stir until melted.
Combine and Serve
- Return the steak bites and shrimp to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated and heated through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or a splash of lemon juice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
