  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Choose a tender cut for best results.
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp works well.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • to taste Salt and black pepper For seasoning.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Enhances the umami flavor.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Adds depth to the sauce.
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup butter For the garlic butter sauce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steak cubes with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and toss in the shrimp. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside with the steak.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, scraping up any brown bits. Add butter and stir until melted.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the steak bites and shrimp to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated and heated through.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or a splash of lemon juice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
