Ingredients
Method
Sear the Steak
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Once the butter is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Create the Garlic Infusion
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté for about a minute until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
Make the Cream Sauce
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently as it simmers and thickens.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Serve
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve as an appetizer or main dish. For a healthier alternative, use leaner cuts of beef or substitute heavy cream with lighter options.
