Method
 

Sear the Steak
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Once the butter is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Create the Garlic Infusion
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic.
  2. Sauté for about a minute until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
Make the Cream Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently as it simmers and thickens.
  2. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  2. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
