Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the lobster tails with melted butter, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Bake the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- In a sauté pan, melt a little extra butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens, around 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
Serving
- Once lobster tails are out of the oven, drizzle the garlic Parmesan sauce over them and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
To prevent overcooking, check for doneness a minute or two early. Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Serve with garlic bread to soak up any leftover sauce.
