Ingredients

Lobster and Seasoning
  • 2 pieces lobster tails, split To reveal the tender meat beneath
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted For brushing on the lobster
  • 1/2 tsp salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Adds heat
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning For flavor enhancement
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced For aromatic allure
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For creamy texture
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan For a sharp, cheesy finish
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For garnishing

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the lobster tails with melted butter, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  2. In a sauté pan, melt a little extra butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens, around 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
Serving
  1. Once lobster tails are out of the oven, drizzle the garlic Parmesan sauce over them and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

To prevent overcooking, check for doneness a minute or two early. Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Serve with garlic bread to soak up any leftover sauce.
