Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the milk and mix everything together until fully incorporated. The texture should be moist and well-mixed.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and olive oil. Brush this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a delightful twist, consider adding finely chopped vegetables or fresh herbs. Using ground turkey can be an excellent alternative.
