Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the milk and mix everything together until fully incorporated. The texture should be moist and well-mixed.
  4. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and olive oil. Brush this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake the meatloaf for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a delightful twist, consider adding finely chopped vegetables or fresh herbs. Using ground turkey can be an excellent alternative.
