Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into sticks or wedges, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add sweet potato sticks to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated sticks in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake the sweet potato sticks in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the sticks.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

To achieve a crisp texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. Experiment with spices and consider using an air fryer for a lighter option.
