Preparation of the Filling
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of this mixture, roll it into small balls, and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Preparation of the Cupcake Batter

Assembly
