Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season both sides of the beef steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Allow the beef to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  5. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the sliced avocado with this mixture.
Assembly
  1. Start with a layer of cooked rice at the bottom of your plate.
  2. Layer on the grilled beef slices.
  3. Add a slice of tomato and then a slice of avocado.
  4. Repeat the layering process to build height.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeño slices if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
