Preparation
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they reach a sandy texture.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth, and add green food coloring.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted green chocolate, using a fork to coat completely.
- While the chocolate is still wet, add red sprinkles or place a heart-shaped candy on top.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Don’t skip the chilling step for better shaping. Experiment with various decorations.
