Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about an inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir until the desired color is achieved.
  3. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the green chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Remove excess chocolate and place the coated balls back onto the parchment paper.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with red sprinkles or place a heart-shaped candy on top.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is well softened for easier mixing. Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
