Preparation
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about an inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes.
Coating
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir until the desired color is achieved.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the green chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Remove excess chocolate and place the coated balls back onto the parchment paper.
- While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with red sprinkles or place a heart-shaped candy on top.
- Allow the chocolate to set, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is well softened for easier mixing. Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
